Η ανακαίνιση του διαμερίσματος τριών υπνοδωματίων στο ξενοδοχείο Elea Suites & Residences αποτελεί το νέο ολοκληρωμένο project του γραφείου TZANAKIS_Architecture & Engineering, που παντρεύει την άνεση με το σύγχρονο design.
Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε με γνώμονα τη δημιουργία ενός σύγχρονουπεριβάλλοντος, το οποίο αναδεικνύει την ομορφιά των φυσικών υλικών.
Οι εσωτερικοί χώροι διακρίνονται για τη χρήση ξύλου, σοβάδων διαφορετικής κοκομετρίας και φυσικών υφασμάτων, δημιουργώντας μια αίσθηση ζεστασιάς και αρμονίας. Τα μεγάλα παράθυρα επιτρέπουν στο φυσικό φως να διαχέεται άφθονα στους χώρους, ενισχύοντας την αίσθηση της άμεσης επαφής με τον εξωτερικό χώρο και τη θέα.
Οι καθαρές γραμμές και η απλότητα στο σχεδιασμό ενισχύουν το σύγχρονο ύφος του διαμερίσματος, ενώ οι προσεγμένες λεπτομέρειες προσφέρουν έναν αέρα πολυτέλειας για τον επισκέπτη.
Το διαμέρισμα αποτελείται από ένα άνετο ενιαίο χώρο διημέρευσης, ο οποίος περιλαμβάνει κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία και καθιστικό.
Η κουζίνα είναι εξοπλισμένη με σύγχρονες συσκευές και λειτουργικούς χώρους αποθήκευσης, διατηρώντας την αισθητική των φυσικών υλικών και των γήινων χρωμάτων με κύρια χρήση του λευκού χρώματος, προκειμένου να διαθλάται το φυσικό φως. Το καθιστικό και η τραπεζαρία διαμορφώνουν έναν ενιαίο χώρο που ενθαρρύνει τη συνύπαρξη, και είναι σχεδιασμένος σε λιτές γραμμές με κυριάρχη τη χρήση φυσικής ξυλείας και γήινων αποχρώσεων. Δίνεται επιπλέον έμφαση στο φωτισμό και τα διαφορετικά επίπεδα που προσφέρει.
Τα υπνοδωμάτια προσφέρουν άνεση και ηρεμία, με έμφαση στο λειτουργικό σχεδιασμό των κρεβατιών και την επάρκεια σε χώρο αποθήκευσης σε συνδυασμό με το design που αντιπροσωπεύει τη συνολική αισθητική του καταλύματος Elea Suites & Residences.

The renovation of the three-bedroom apartment at the Elea Suites & Residences hotel is the new integrated project of TZANAKIS_Architecture & Engineering, which marries comfort with modern design.
The apartment was renovated with the aim of creating a modern environment, which highlights the beauty of natural materials.
The interior spaces are distinguished by the use of wood, plasters of different colors and natural fabrics, creating a feeling of warmth and harmony. Large windows allow natural light to diffuse abundantly into the spaces, enhancing the feeling of direct contact with the outdoors and the view. The clean lines and simplicity of the design enhance the modern style of the apartment, while the careful details offer an air of luxury for the guest.
The apartment consists of a comfortable single living room, which includes a kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and functional storage spaces, maintaining the aesthetics of natural materials and earthy colors with the main use of white color, in order to refract the natural light. The living room and dining room form a single space that encourages coexistence, and is designed in simple lines dominated by the use of natural wood and earth tones. Additional emphasis is placed on lighting and the different levels it offers.
