The architectural practice Studio265 was founded in 2004 by a group of architects and civil engineers following a long and successful cooperation. It combines the studies of its members in very important Schools of Architecture in Europe, such as in France and in Italy with the Greek reality, while in the eleven years it has been operating, it has undertaken and successfully completed various complex projects in Greece as well as in the Cyclades islands. Specifically, and in relation to the projects we undertake in the Cyclades islands, Studio 265 pays emphasis on the specific characteristics of the land as well as the unique beauty of the Greek landscape.

 

The main axis of Studio 265 work is the relationship between the human with the structured space and furthermore, the harmonious integration of the structure with the environment so as to integrate it harmoniously. Some of the factors we take into consideration from the very first moment of the project implementation is functionality and aesthetics, paying attention to details, uniqueness in design, overview of the project. The constructions carried by Studio265 follow the developments of the new technological and energy sectors for both modern residences as well as for hotels, blocks of flats, offices, shops or other constructions. 

 

Studio265 has also participated in the OPEN HOUSE Athens events on 16th and 17th Mary 2015. This is one of the most important international initiatives aiming to promote and present spaces with architectural interest in Athens. Work by Studio 265 has been featured in various tenders and competitions in Greece and abroad, while we constantly follow the developments in the international architectural and environmental map. 

 

 

 

 

 

Christos Smyrnis holds a Diploma degree in Civil Engineering from the Democritus University of Thrace, Greece and an M.Sc. in Construction Management from the Birmingham University, UK. Since 1993, he has been occupied in designing and supervising civil engineering works (Buildings, Structural Analysis and Design of Expert Works, Repair and Rehabilitation of Buildings, Issuance of Building Construction Permits) and as a Consultant in Construction and Project Management, Property Management, Property Development and Property Evaluation. He is Regognized European Valeur and he holds a Public Works Design Certificate (class B in Structural Design and in Hydraulic Works Design). 

 

 

Το αρχιτεκτονικό γραφείο Studio265 | «ΓΡΑΦΕΙΟ 265» ιδρύθηκε το 2004 από μια ομάδα αρχιτεκτόνων και πολιτικών μηχανικών ως επιστέγασμα της μέχρι τότε επιτυχημένης επαγγελματικής τους συνεργασίας. Συνδυάζει τις σπουδές των συνεργατών του σε σημαντικές Αρχιτεκτονικές Σχολές του εξωτερικού, όπως της Γαλλίας και της Ιταλίας με την ελληνική πραγματικότητα, ενώ στα ένδεκα χρόνια της ύπαρξής του έχει αναλάβει και διεκπεραιώσει με επιτυχία σύνθετα έργα σε όλη την Ελλάδα αλλά και τα νησιά των Κυκλάδων. Ειδικότερα, όσον αφορά τα έργα που αναλαμβάνει στις Κυκλάδες δίνει έμφαση στην ιδιαιτερότητα του εδάφους και της μοναδικής ομορφιάς του ελληνικού τοπίου. 

 

Βασικός άξονας της δουλειάς του STUDIO 265  είναι η σχέση του ανθρώπου με τον δομημένο χώρο και κατ’ επέκταση η αρμονική συνύπαρξη του κτίσματος με το περιβάλλον προκειμένου αυτό να ενσωματώνεται φυσικά στον χώρο που το περιβάλλει. Λειτουργικότητα και αισθητική, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, μοναδικότητα, συνολική θεώρηση του ακινήτου είναι κάποιοι από τους παράγοντες που λαμβάνονται υπόψη από την πρώτη στιγμή του σχεδιασμού οποιουδήποτε έργου. Οι κατασκευές του γραφείου ακολουθούν τα νέα τεχνολογικά και ενεργειακά δεδομένα είτε πρόκειται για κτίρια κατοικιών είτε για ξενοδοχεία, κτιριακά συγκροτήματα, γραφεία ή καταστήματα. 

 

Το Studio265 έλαβε μέρος στις εκδηλώσεις του OPEN HOUSE Athens στις 16 & 17 Μαΐου 2015. Πρόκειται για έναν από τους σημαντικότερους διεθνείς θεσμούς με σκοπό την ανάδειξη και την προώθηση χώρων ιδιαίτερου αρχιτεκτονικού ενδιαφέροντος στην Αθήνα. Έργα του STUDIO 265 έχουν διακριθεί σε διάφορους διαγωνισμούς στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, ενώ παρακολουθούμε διαρκώς τις εξελίξεις στον παγκόσμιο αρχιτεκτονικό και περιβαλλοντικό χάρτη.
