FUTOPIA / STUDIO JOB / FAENA ART CENTER BUENOS AIRES

A new exhibition opening at Faena Art Center Buenos Aires (FAC) on July 23rd, presents the story of four years of collaboration between Faena and the renowned Antwerp-based design duo Studio Job, with an immersive roller disco installation and a selection of highlights from the collaboration, including never-before-seen process drawings, renderings and sculptural models.

Studio Job has transformed the windows and floor of the Sala Molinos, the main exhibition space of FAC, into an alternative cathedral of light and color that places celebration and revelry at its heart. On view concurrently with the roller disco floor: Studio Job has intervened with the triple-height, cathedral-style windows of Faena Art Center and created stained-glass designs that demonstrate the trajectory of Faena’s distinct symbology over the years.
