Along with Georgia Kusari they created the artspace PES POLYTROPON at Kalyvia Attica, in which the exhibition ACHILLES APERGIS, ΙΡΕΝΕ APERGI, GEORGE APERGIS takes place (from February 2015). Although the three artists have chosen different paths to express their art, sculpture, painting and music, respectively, they are equally important figures in the art world. George Apergis, the music of whom accompanies the works of his parents in the exhibition, this year has been awarded the Golden Lion for his Lifetime Achievement in Music. The same prize has also been awarded in the past, among others, to the composer Pierre Boulez (2012) and the American Steve Reich (2014).
