Office for joyful architects in Lausanne, Switzerland | COCI studio

The celebration of the necessary, the glorification of the banal. COCI studio creates a colourful and illusional office space by playing with the geometrical characteristics of the objects and furniture. 

An office. A happy architecture for happy architects.

A hood that thinks it’s a pyramid, a worktop that barely touches a wall. Cat-like acoustic panels. A playful plinth.

Fresh mint, solar yellow, Klein blue, dark green, burgundy, wood.

Mirrors that populate the space even when it is empty, addressing the street.

The celebration of the necessary, the glorification of the banal.

A choreography of falsely inanimate objects.

Banal elements with an exuberant face to nuance the unpredictable, surprise with simplicity, circumvent the obvious, play with simple polysemy.
