Located in the heart of Thessaloniki, this recently renovated apartment offers a blend of classical elegance and modern design.
The apartment boasts breathtaking sea views and has been meticulously designed with high-end materials. Most of the furnishing is custom made, created to perfectly fit the space and match the owner’s personal style.
Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by a spacious billiard table surrounded by floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. This billiard room is the place to relax, play a game of pool, or simply curl up with a good book.
The living room is a spacious and welcoming space, with a neutral color palette and comfortable seating. The room is anchored by a large, plush sofa and armchairs, which are perfect for lounging and watching movies.
The kitchen is a culinary delight, with top-of-the-line appliances and ample space for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen island provides additional seating for casual meals, and a large window allows natural light to flood the space.
The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat. A large king-sized bed sits in the center of the room, dressed in white linens and silk farbrics. The ensuite bathroom with the deep soaking tub, is accessible through a walk-in closet, that offers plenty of storage space, with built-in shelving and drawers.
The classical style of the apartment has been updated with modern elements in a way that seamlessly combines the two styles.
The result is a space that feels both timeless and contemporary, with a sense of elegance and sophistication.
