Το HUB Lighting and Innovation by Kafkas, το νέο conceptual framework της εταιρείας, είναι αφιερωμένο στην αλληλεπίδραση με το φωτισμό μετατρέποντάς τον σε εμπειρία, καθώς η περιήγηση του επισκέπτη έχει σχεδιαστεί προκειμένου να αναδείξει όχι μόνο φωτιστικά σώματα, αλλά και ένα ευρύ φάσμα εφαρμογών.

Το HUB Lighting & Innovation by Kafkas εστιάζει κυρίως σε έργα που ανήκουν στην κατηγορία Villas & Luxury Residences.

Ένα από αυτά είναι και το Olive Sun Villa, το οποίο απέσπασε το Χάλκινο βραβείο στην κατηγορία Hospitality, στα βραβεία Lighting Awards 2022.

Βασικό κριτήριο για το φωτισμό του Olive Sun Villa αποτέλεσαν ο διάλογος εσωτερικού – εξωτερικού χώρου, καθώς και παραδοσιακού – μοντέρνου, η ανάδειξη των φυσικών υλικών και η δημιουργία ενός ατμοσφαιρικού φωτισμού, δίνοντας έμφαση τόσο στην αρχιτεκτονική του χώρου όσο και στον βιοκλιματικό σχεδιασμό του. Τα φωτιστικά σώματα επιλέχθηκαν τόσο βάσει των τεχνικών χαρακτηριστικών και της αντοχής σε εξωτερικούς παράγοντες (σκόνη – υγρασία, λόγω της παραθαλάσσιας τοποθεσίας της κατοικίας) όσο και του σχεδιασμού, προκειμένου να εναρμονίζονται με την σύνθεση και να αποτελούν στοιχείο αυτής, αναδεικνύοντάς την.

Η εξωστρέφεια και η ηρεμία που αποπνέει ο χώρος, αποτέλεσαν βασικά στοιχεία της πρότασης του εξωτερικού φωτισμού. Επιλέχθηκαν φωτιστικά που αναδεικνύουν τους όγκους και τα υλικά, φωτιστικά δέσμης και προβολείς ανάδειξης των πέτρινων τοιχοποιιών, ενώ παράλληλα προτάθηκαν φωτιστικά σήμανσης στους τοίχους, δημιουργώντας τόσο την αίσθηση της ασφαλούς κίνησης μέσα στο χώρο όσο και του ατμοσφαιρικού φωτισμού.

Τα φωτιστικά επιλέχθηκαν βάσει αντοχής σε εξωτερικούς παράγοντες, αλλά και βιοκλιματικού σχεδιασμού. Στον εξωτερικό χώρο επιλέχθηκαν φωτιστικά και ταινίες LED με βαθμό στεγανότητας IP66 και θερμοκρασία χρώματος φωτός 3000Κ, με σκοπό τη δημιουργία ενός φυσικού αποτελέσματος και την έμφαση στα φυσικά υλικά και τα χρώματα που έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί.

Στον εσωτερικό χώρο δόθηκε έμφαση τόσο στην ποιότητα των φωτιστικών που επιλέχθηκαν όσο και στη δυνατότητα διαχείρισης του φωτισμού από το χρήστη, κυρίως στα φωτιστικά των χώρων διημέρευσης και γενικού φωτισμού.

HUB Lighting and Innovation by Kafkas, the company’s new conceptual framework, is dedicated to the interaction with lighting, turning it into an experience, as the visitor’s tour is designed to highlight not only luminaires, but different aspects, values and a wide range of applications.

HUB Lighting & Innovation by Kafkas focuses mainly on projects that belong to the Villas & Luxury Residences category, one of which is the Olive Sun Villa, which won the Bronze Award in the Hospitality category at the Lighting Awards 2022.

The key element for the lighting was the dialogue between interior and exterior space, as well as traditional and modern, the promotion of natural materials and the creation of an atmospheric lighting, emphasizing both the architecture of the space and its bio-climatic design. The lighting fixtures were selected both on the basis of their technical characteristics and resistance to external factors (dust – humidity, due to the seaside location of the house) and design, in order to harmonize with the composition and to be an element of it, highlighting it. The exterior and the calmness that the space exudes were key elements of the exterior lighting design. Luminaires were chosen to highlight the volumes and materials, beam luminaires and spotlights to highlight the stone walls, while marker luminaires were proposed on the walls, creating both a sense of safe movement within the space and atmospheric lighting. The luminaires were selected based on resistance to external factors and bio-climatic design.

For the exterior, luminaires and LED strips with IP66 waterproofing and a light color temperature of 3000K were selected, in order to create a natural effect and to emphasize the natural materials and colors used.

In the interior, emphasis was placed both on the quality of the luminaires selected and on the possibility for the user to manage the lighting, especially in the luminaires for the day-use and general lighting areas.
