To ΕΣΩ έρχεται την Πέμπτη, 1η Μαρτίου 2018 στις 17:00, στην μεγάλη σκηνή της Στέγης Ιδρύματος Ωνάση / Οnassis Cultural Centre Athens με σημαντικούς ομιλητές απο την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό. Θεματικές όπως Internet Sensation, Αρχιτεκτονική και η Πόλη, Σχεδιασμός Κατοικιών και Ξενοδοχείων, Bιομηχανικός Σχεδιασμός, αλλά και Έργα Μικρής και Μεγάλης Κλίμακας είναι κάποια απο αυτά που θα μας απασχολήσουν.

Η Ναταλία Στράφτη είναι Γενικός Διευθυντής Εργασιών της Grivalia από τον Φεβρουάριο του 2014. Την περίοδο 2008-2014 διετέλεσε επικεφαλής της Διεύθυνσης Επενδύσεων & Χαρτοφυλακίου της Εταιρείας.
Από τη θέση της έχει εποπτεύσει (επιβλέψει, διευθύνει) σημαντικό αριθμό επενδύσεων αξίας άνω των 500εκ ευρώ, τη διαχείριση μεγάλης αξίας εμπορικών ακινήτων σε Ελλάδα και Νοτιανατολική Ευρώπη καθώς και τις διαπραγματεύσεις συμβάσεων με υψηλού επιπέδου μισθωτές, developers, κατασκευαστές, χρηματοοικονομικά στελέχη και συμβούλους. Συμμετείχε στην ομάδα που διαχειρίστηκε την είσοδο της Grivalia στο χρηματιστήριο καθώς και τις μετέπειτα αυξήσεις μετοχικού κεφαλαίου. Από το 2016 είναι μέλος της Επιτροπής Αειφορίας της Grivalia και συμμετέχει στο ULI GR Sustainability Council. Η Όλγα Ίτσιου είναι αρχιτέκτων και μέλος του Royal Institute of Architects στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο. Η Όλγα ξεκίνησε την καριέρα της το 1998, εργαζόμενη για το HOK International Ltd σε μεγάλα εμπορικά έργα όπως ο σχεδιασμός και το design της Deutsche Bank, CISCO και ENRON Offices, όπως επίσης και το The Imperial War Museum, αρχικά ως project architect και αργότερα ως project manager.
Το 2002, η Όλγα επέστρεψε στην Αθήνα, όπου εργάστηκε ως Σύμβουλος και Design Manager στοREDS S.A. για την ανάπτυξη των projects ‘SEA Attiki Odos’ και ‘Lofos Edisson’. Αργότερα, εργάστηκε ως Design Manager στην ‘IntraDevelopment S.A.’ για την ανάπτυξη, το σχεδιασμό και την κατασκευή του “Σταδίου Γ. Καραϊσκάκης”.
Το 2005 εντάχθηκε στην Dimand ως Technical Director εργαζόμενη σε ένα ευρύ φάσμα έργων από τη λιανική έως την εμπορική ανάπτυξη μεγάλης κλίμακας, όπως το συγκρότημα ‘Shop and Trade’, ‘Karela Office Park’ (πρώτο έργο με πιστοποίηση LEED Gold στην Ελλάδα) και τα νέα ‘Agemar Headquarters’. Natalia Strafti – Chief Operating Officer, Grivalia Properties
Natalia Strafti is Chief Operating Officer of Grivalia since February 2014. Before that and since June 2008, she had been the Investment & Portfolio Manager of the company.
Through her various roles, she has overseen a significant number of investments of over 500m euro, the management of high value commercial real estate assets in Greece and southeastern Europe, and the negotiations of significant contracts with high quality tenants, developers, contractors, financial and legal advisors. She was part of the team which managed Grivalia’s IPO in addition to the most recent share capital increases. Since 2016 she is a member of Grivalia’s Sustainability Committee and sits in the ULI GR Sustainability Council.
She worked in the real estate sector of the EFG Eurobank Group since April 2000, as Deputy Head of Advisory and Asset Management and as an Investment Analyst before that. She is a graduate from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences and holds a Diploma in Valuation and Real Estate from the Greek Institute of Valuation in collaboration with the Association of Sworn Valuers.

Olga Itsiou is a qualified architect and a member of the Royal Institute of Architects in the UK. Olga started her career in 1998 where she worked for HOK International Ltd in major commercial projects like the design and planning of Deutsche Bank, CISCO and ENRON Offices, as well as The Imperial War Museum, initially as a project architect and later as a project manager.
In 2002, Olga returned to Athens Greece, where she worked as a Consultant and Design Manager at REDS S.A. for the development of ‘SEA Attiki Odos’ and ‘Lofos Edisson’. Later she worked as the Design Manager at ‘IntraDevelopment S.A.’ for the development, design and construction of ‘G.Karaiskakis Stadium’.
In 2005 she joined Dimand as the Technical Director working on a wide range of projects from retail to large scale commercial developments, such as the ‘Shop and Trade’ complex, the ‘Karela Office Park’ (first LEED Gold certified project in Greece) and the new ‘Agemar Headquarters’. One of Olga’s main goals is to promote property development in Greece in the most aesthetically appealing and sustainable way.
